The ACGG was founded on October 12, 1973 in the city of Bogotá. It is an autonomous, scientific, and apolitical non-profit organization, formed by professions that span the spectrum of Geriatrics and Gerontology.
ACGG’s essential mission is to strengthen national and local health systems and improve the health of older persons throughout the Americas.
