The Geriatric Medicine Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires (Argentina) is a 700-bed hospital. The hospital has a social security system that brings together approximately 170,000 members, 60,000 of them older adults.  As part of their care duties, staff at the hospital encourage patients to get vaccinated as well as to use other preventative measures such as working out and eating healthy food.  The hospital also has a magazine that reaches patients online, as well as an internal television channel where period recommendations are made of preventive practices for our members.  Every year they have a Flu / Pneumococcal vaccine campaign, which, in 2019 were able to reach double the amount of people compared to 2018.
